New Site Development

Creating a supporting digital environment for the UK’s premier private room karaoke club.

Lucky Voice’s customers love the off line singing experience, but there was little to support their visit and to keep Lucky Voice front of mind. For the new site, we wanted to build on the excitement, support the experience, and keep up the momentum of a visit. Our thinking was to treat the on-line as part of the experience by giving customers their own private room on the site that they could share with the people they were going to sing with. For example, before their visit they could select and discuss songs, and after share pictures and chat about their experience.
