Plan A is Marks & Spencer’s 100-point plan to reduce the impact that their business has on the environment. Our role was to bring this to life digitally, and help consumers understand how Plan A not only benefits the planet, but how it also benefits them as M&S customers. On the site, animated stories illustrate the key activities within the Plan A manifesto, and consumers are encouraged to do their bit by signing up to a pledge system. The pledges aim to help consumers make their lifestyles more sustainable by showing them how the small things they do in their everyday lives can make a big difference.
